Dr. Allison Thorp “I am very excited to be a part of this choral community!” says Allison. "I was impressed on every level from the musical performance videos to the group’s commitment to service in the community.... Our first live concert since December 2019, and it was great to be back! Directed by Sarah Rubin and Martha Burrows, with Althea Gonzalez. A giant THANK YOU to Sarah Rubin and Martha Burrows for stepping up into the role of Acting Co-Directors and leading us with great love, commitment, grace, and talent thru this time of pandemic and transition! With your leadership and persistence, Womansong has more than survived... and yes, we did it with style! At the concert, we raised over $3,200 through donations and the amazing Raffle of awesome goodies to benefit Womansong's New Start Fund.
